Michelle's investment in coaching was about bringing a new focus to her life, ahead of a milestone birthday. She came to the first session with a clearly defined goal in mind, but as the sessions went on Michelle's goal shifted to become more internal. 

By exploring her family relationships, her mindset around money, control and guilt, Michelle began to uncover how she could live in a way that was kinder to herself. Allowing herself time off, learning to relax and setting smaller goals were just some of the new habits that Michelle embraced and took beyond the coaching journey.
